| This family paid tens of thousands
of dollars to buy a property from
KSC
sight-unseen.
Hey Scott, it was back in late 2004 when Okcha and I were thinking about
land in Colorado and I had just come across your website. Of the sites I
had visited, yours was the most interesting. It had everything we needed
to grab our attention. The information, pictures, maps and stories about
the happenings around the area gave us information that others didn’t
have. Then when we contacted you about some property you had advertised
on the site we got immediate response and really great service. You were
not like many of the other sales people we had been involved with. You
weren’t pushy, but informative. You could answer every question we had
about the property and we decided to buy. We hadn’t even seen the
property in person, but you had sent great pictures that gave us a
perspective of being there.
Why would anyone buy property sight unseen (as we did) from
someone they had never met? In our case, there was an air of honesty,
straight forwardness, no nonsense and concern given to us that says
“sometimes you just have to trust a person.” That is you all over Scott.
We could just tell by the character you displayed that this was a good
deal.
Maybe a couple of years from now and we will be relaxing in front of the
fire sharing a hot toddy or two watching a football game with you.
Thanks a lot Scott and keep up the good work.
Tom and Okcha
Thank you for selling the property to me. I feel like a rancher because of owning the land. I have 3 cowboy hats
because of it and I can honestly say I have a small ranch. I raise rocks
and cactus... oh yeah...and yucca. When people ask me if I'm a cowboy I
tell them "more than some, not as much as others". What would I do with my
Stetson if I sold my property? A few months ago I bought a Buffalo
Collection Stetson. It's actually made of bison fur...beautiful hat. My
property is part of me now. It's my piece of mind. I've read where the San
Luis Valley air is some of the cleanest on Earth. Thank you so much for
selling it to me.

Hi Scott,
I have spent many hours on your webcams and have been envious of every
single snowflake falling. Your site really is amazing and I will continue
to spend time there from now on.
Cyndi
Thanks! Your quick response is one of the main reasons I believe in
you and your company.
Bobby
Hello Scott,
You are very impressive with customer service. My husband and I are
into that big time with the type of work we do and have done in the past.
Scott,
Thanks so much for the quick reply. This is Friday and I honestly
didn't expect a reply so soon. What great customer service.
Cynthia
Hey Scott,
How are you? I just wanted to tell you that my family and I did come up
to Alamosa on my vacation and it was so beautiful with all that snow
everywhere. We spent the night at the Inn of the Rio Grande and ate at a
place called K-Bobs steakhouse. It was a great weekend there. We went out
to the property and followed the maps you emailed me before. By the way,
I'm in Afghanistan now and it's very cold here... snow everywhere. It's a
lot safer than Iraq but harder living conditions.. really crowded rooms
and tents. I tell you Scott, there was something about standing there on
the land and me my wife and kids just stop and stood still for a minute
and listened. That was the most quiet, peaceful place I have ever been in
my whole life. I have never stood in the middle of an open field facing a
beautiful snowy mountain and standing deep in the snow like that with
absolutely no sound at all around there... it was priceless. That's why we
are ready to get started on the land and start working toward building us
a cabin out there. Well, take it easy and hope to hear from you soon.
Thanks.
Tracy
Dear Scott,
I just wanted to write and say it has been great dealing with you. The
family and I went and spent a week on the land we purchased in San Luis
Valley. We had a marvelous time, the people were polite, the scenery is
like nothing else.
Thanks Scott. Keep in touch.
Sincerely,
Rocky
Thank you very much for your help Scott. We are planning to get out
there in Aug or Sept time frame for a visit. Hope to see you while we
are there. You have been very helpful to us and I am glad we have a
start to a good friendship.
Tom
Scott,
It has been a very 'clean and refreshing' experience working with you
and I hope our business association continues in the foreseeable future.
To be able to call a small piece of this great nation our own has a lot of
sentimental value for us. Thank you for helping us make this happen.
Best wishes
Scott, I wish everyone I deal with in business was as
professional as yourself. Thanks again.
Keith
Dear Scott: You have been so nice and professional throughout our
dealings with you. We are so excited about the Colorado land!!! Thank you
so much for giving us the rare opportunity to own our own piece of heaven
in your beautiful state. Look forward to meeting you in the future. God
Bless You!

I went to your website and want to say that it is
the best I have found for information. I have a 5 acre corner lot in the
San Luis Valley Ranches. I bought it as a investment and because I love
the mountains. My wife or children may sell it after I am gone. I am
almost 80 years old. I hope to own it for a few more years lol. If you
would send me your card and information as to your commission rate to
sell, i will put it in the folder then they can contact you if they want
to sell it. Thanks, Norm
