Through the conservative leadership of the founder, KSC Investments specializes in the investment, development, sale, finance, lease, and management of affordable real estate properties primarily located in southern Colorado.

The founder grew up on a rural mountain family-developed/owned resort where he was active in the day-to-day operations since 1969. This was an incredible learning experience where his Father and Grandfather taught him how to master real estate property analysis, acquisition, development, management, sale, and finance, including rental properties.
The founder's grandfather was a real estate investor, developer, rancher, farmer, and entrepreneur. His father continues to invest, develop, and finance his own real estate projects.
